Kenny Ritter is the Lead Home Inspector and owner of ICOR Home Inspections. ICOR is a multi-inspector home inspection company serving NC, CT and RI. Kenny also has over 15 years of experience as a General Contractor. Obtaining his General Contractors license through NASCLA; a nationally accredited licensing agency for builders. Kenny’s general contracting experience has focused on residential projects with a specific focus on residential remodeling. Many of the skills he has obtained as a builder have assisted him in succeeding as a Licensed Home Inspector. 

 

As a Home inspector licensed in 3 states and a General Contractors license holder recognized in 16 states and the Virgin Islands; Kenny brings a tremendous amount of building knowledge to his clients. Passionately providing a true servants attitude and a wealth of knowledge to help home buyers understand the condition of their purchases. Kenny also enjoys working with real estate professionals and has a true passion for the real estate industry.
